Step 2: Exhibitor Badges

Exhibitor Badges may only be supplied to persons employed by you, to specifically work on your stand. Exhibitor Badges are non-transferrable. No Staff member/s will be admitted to the Expo without an Exhibitor Badge.

No GENERIC Badges will be produced.

Step 3: Custom Built Stand Plans

Please note: The following stand plans and build details are submitted on your behalf to the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre for pre-approval, prior to the move in times allocated below. As such exhibitors with floor space / custom built stands must complete ALL of the following details

Step 4: Move-in Details

To ensure a smooth Move-in, all exhibitors are required to indicate if and when they will require use of the loading dock.

Please note: Wednesday 17th August between 10am - 3pm will be extremely busy, and you may experience delays of up to 2 hours. Where possible, it is recommended you avoid arriving during these peak times.
