What is the Exhibitor Admin Portal
The Exhibitor Admin Portal is where exhibitors supply important information prior to a Show. It is where you submit your eDirectory information, Buyers Guide content, compulsory forms and where you access the exhibitor manual.
How do I get an profile?
You will be sent an email with your login details to access the Exhibitor Admin Portal You will be provided with a unique username and password, which you must use to login at www.homeshows.com.au/admin/

How do I use the Exhibitor Admin Portal?

There are 4 steps you must complete when using the Exhibitor Admin Portal.

Step 1. - eDirectory & Buyers Guide listing information
In this step, please fill your company information in the appropriate fields. Once completed, click ‘Save’ to ensure your data is not lost.
Remember, the information you provide will be published online and printed in the Buyers Guide so be sure to check your information is correct.

Step 2 - eDirectory & Buyers Guide
Step 2 consists of 3 parts;

1. Compulsory information – logo & images
- You must upload both a print quality and web quality logo and image(s).
- If we have your logo/images on file from a previous show, you can check the box to repeat for this year.
2. Optional information – Show Specials, Brochure, Video, Appointments
3. Preview section of what your eDirectory and Buyers Guide listing will look like once published.

You can navigate through each section by clicking ‘Next’ once complete. Your images and logo will be automatically saved once uploaded.

Step 3 – Compulsory Forms
Please complete each field within this section by the date listed at the top of the page. If you do not complete this section by the due date, your move in to the show will be delayed. Once completed, ensure you click ‘Submit’ so your data is sent to us. If you have changes to your compulsory forms after you have submitted, please contact us.

Step 4 – Exhibitor Manual & Supplier Forms
The Exhibitor Manual is provided as a PDF document available for download. Please ensure you thoroughly read through it prior to the Show, and ensure any staff working on your stand are familiar with it too.

If you require additional services from our suppliers while onsite at the Show, please ensure you download and complete the appropriate ‘Supplier Form’. Instructions on how to submit can be found on each form.

What is the eDirectory?
The eDirectory is a free online directory of all exhibitors in the Show. Each exhibitor is given a listing, which visitors of the Show can use to gain contact information, a company description, up to three images, a brochure and video content.
What can I add to my eDirectory listing?
  • You can add the following to your listing:
     Contact information including;
    - Web address
    - Email
    - Phone number
    - Contact name
     Up to 3 Show specials
     Up to 3 images
     A PDF brochure
     Video content
     Company logo
     Appointment availability at the Show
    You can continue to add information and update you listing, right through to the Show.

Why should I update my eDirectory listing?

The eDirectory is visited by over 30,000 unique web users in the month leading up to the Show. By completing a full listing, visitors will be aware of your products/services before the Show. The eDirectory also receives many Post-Show hits, which assists our exhibitors with Post-Show sales and enquiries.

What is the eShowbag?

The eShowbag is a collection of all submitted exhibitor Specials and Prizes – packaged into a link which is sent to all visitors of the Show.

The eShowbag gives your company further exposure and secures Post-Show sales and enquiries, even weeks after the Show has ended.

What is the Buyers Guide?

The Buyers Guide is a printed magazine distributed to 25,000 homeowners at each Show.

Each exhibitor is provided with a listing within the Guide including the following

  • Company Name and contact information
  • Image of product or service
  • Company logo
What happens if I do not complete my profile?
If you fail to complete a section of your profile, it will be left to us to determine what is published. Please fill out everything and contact us if you have any questions.
